Artem Holodnyuk




Artem Holodnyuk was born in Ukraine. He currently lives in Kiev. Artem has graduated from Tchaikovsky National Music Academy and received a master's degree, in the class of associate professor M. Mymryk. Now he studies in graduate school. Artem has attained supremacy in national and international competitions, participated in master classes of the leading saxophonists in the world, such as Daniel Gauthier, Jean Denis Michat, Christian Wirth, Claude Delangle, Margarita Shaposhnikova. He has performed as a soloist with the Kiev Camerata, Khmelnitsky Symphony Orchestra, the National Presidential Orchestra, Kiev Saxophone Quartet.

Artem is actively promoting classical saxophone in the current environment, plays concerts, gives master classes, participates in festivals. In his repertoire there are works of various styles and genres.

Artem cooperates with Ukrainian composers; some of the works were performed for the first time (concert for saxophone and orchestra, SAX tete a tete for two by Volodymyr Runchak. Since 2007, he worked in the National Presidential Orchestra of Ukraine as a soloist and orchestra artist. Together with the team he has a lot of performances at various festivals and concerts, collaborates with well-known musicians.

Artem is actively improving his skills, because the modern implementation of exquisite play of classical saxophone is a key position of the musician.
